Diem Thinh T. Pham is an active member of State Bar of California, Trusts & Estates Section. In addition to her juris doctorate degree, Diem also holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Chapman Law School where she graduated with high honors. She also serves as court appointed attorney for Orange County and Santa Clara County probate courts to represent and protect (proposed) conservatees in conservatorship matters. When not practicing law, Diem enjoys spending time with her family and creating modern fusion cuisine using fresh seasonal ingredients from her home garden.

Born and raised in Orange County, Dan X. Nguyen is an active member of the local business community. Earning a scholarship to Whittier College, he graduated in 2002 with a degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, and then continued his studies at Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California, where he was on the leadership board of several student organizations, including serving as the Executive Editor of the Whittier Journal of Child and Family Advocacy, the Vietnamese American Student Bar Association, and the Asian-Pacific American Law Student Association.

Dan regularly mentors law students and enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, playing basketball, golf, snowboarding and surfing.

Janeth A. Torrisi

Janeth Alicia Torrisi is a native of Panama where she attended the National University of Panama, School of Economics. Janeth is fluent in English and Spanish. She began her legal career in 1991 and has earned her Paralegal Certificate at the University of California, Santa Cruz Extension. She is an active member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and serves as chair of the Ways and Means Committee for the Santa Clara County Legal Professionals Association. She also serves on the Board of the Ladies Auxiliary, Bishop O’Dowd Council, for the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic organization with various community outreach programs.
